Staff Adalat அறிவிப்பு

Staff   Adalat Regional மற்றும்  Circle Level நடத்துவதற்கு  நமது CPMG அவர்களிடமிருந்து  தாக்கீது அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது  

அதற்குரிய விண்ணப்பங்கள் அனுப்ப கடைசி தேதி :  CO  Level 22.01.2016

 அது சம்பந்தமான நிபந்தனைகள் :

 

                It should be ensured that only such of those cases in which all the available channels for action have been exhausted are sent to Staff Adalat.

                Grievances relating to court cases/disciplinary cases/appeals/petitions should not be sent, as there are separate channels to settle such matters. Grievances in service matters alone can be taken up in the Staff Adalat. Since attending Staff Adalat by the concerned officials is voluntary, they cannot claim TA/DA or special casual leave for that purpose.

                 Representations which have already been decided should not be entertained again.
